Leadership

The development of leadership skills is integral to the learning of students in the Middle School. Through the Pastoral Care Programme the students learn about resilience, emotional intelligence, service and independence. Middle School Prefects are appointed from Year 9 each year.

Students in Year 7 are supported as they adjust to life in the Middle School. Year 11 Peer Support leaders work with Year 7 both at the Year 7 Camp and during Summer Term, helping them to establish themselves in the School.
