Musical Productions

Middle School and Senior School

The students of the Middle School and Senior School have the opportunity to be involved in Musicals each year. These performances allow the students to learn to play a role, developing their stagecraft and confidence. These events also allow those who do not wish to be on stage to enjoy the performance experience by being involved backstage.

Previous productions have included Oklahoma, South Pacific, Pilgrim, The Music Man, Annie Get Your Gun and Pirates of Penzance.

Students and staff are currently working on Oliver! which will be performed in the Chapel 28 July to 2 August. This production will feature students in the cast, lighting and sound crew, orchestra and backstage. Further details will be available soon.

Junior School

The Junior School also holds a Musical every second year. Students are involved on stage, backstage, assisting with lighting and managing front of house.
















In recent years the Junior School musical productions have included Honk!Jnr, AnnieJnr, Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe and Oliver!.

The students are currently preparing to stage Alice in Wonderland which will be performed from 21 to 27 September, 2008.
