Enrolling in Transition (Pre-K)

Macarthur Anglican School's Transition (Pre-k) programme is the most popular entry point for a Macarthur education with places filling quickly. 

We run three Transition programs and parents can indicate their preferred option, these are a 2 day, 3 day or 5 day a week program. 

Entry via Kindergarten is possible, however, it is subject to vacancies at the time. Transition (Pre-K) is considered the entry point.

To avoid disappointment, families are encouraged to apply early and we recommend completing an application form a minimum of 18 months prior to the commencement date.  Any student can apply for enrolment from birth.

How Can I Enrol My Child in Transition (Pre-K) at Macarthur Anglican School?

Macarthur Anglican School offers entry through the Transition (Pre-Kindergarten) class, the first entry point into our school community. Students must turn 4 years old on or before 1 March of the intended year. Transition classes fill quickly, so early application is recommended.

What Are the Available Enrolment Options for Transition?

Parents can request to enrol their children in Transition (Pre-K) for:

  • 2 days per week
  • 3 days per week
  • 5 days per week

Note: Entry via Kindergarten is subject to vacancies; Transition (Pre-K) is considered the primary entry point.

When Should I Apply for Enrolment?
