Teacher Professional Learning

The Academic Culture of Macarthur is one where learning for all is encouraged. This includes an opportunity for our staff, as well as teachers throughout the profession, to come together to enhance their Professional Learning.

In order to further equip our outstanding teachers and to maintain an academic culture of continual improvement, Macarthur was awarded accreditation to provide NESA Registered Professional Development courses.  These courses are designed primarily to benefit teachers employed by the School, however, many of the courses are open to all teachers. In most cases, places are limited and as such it is important for teachers not employed by the School to contact the Dean of Studies, Mrs Kylie Elling by phone on 4647 5333 or email her via the link provided to discuss availability and appropriateness of attending any of the professional learning courses offered.
